Clubfeet return with BrightLightsBigCity, their most celebratory and vibrant offering yet, and a fitting way to round out their current Gold on Gold project, which has revolved around a collaborative video project with Sydney’s Alex Goddard.
It wraps up a huge year for the Melbourne / Cape Town five-piece which has seen them receive international acclaim from Pitchfork, The Guardian, NME, Spin, Dazed, Filter, Discobelle and the like, regularly chart on Hype Machine / We Are Hunted / Elbows, debut their live show at CMJ (where they landed in Paste’s ‘10 Great Bands from CMJ’ list) and have two singles on high rotation in their quasi-homeland of Australia.
